I did not get the book on time, it took three to four weeks just to receive a book, and that’s really ridiculous. I hope next time he/she will mail items on time to customer.

The book was in good shape, but it was advertised as “Hardcover” which I wanted. I received a soft covered book. Also just note that the book cover viewed on display was different than what was sent.

The book is a textbook and purchased for class, so of course it fulfills its purpose. I do want to say that Amazon. com’s service has been exceptional.

I was pleased from start to finish. It was the correct book, in great condition, it had the CD as stated and it came in a timely fashion.
